Background
I completed two UX design internships at Amazon during the summers of 2023 and 2022, where I scoped and led UX design and research projects for consumer-facing features on Alexa devices.
Summary
Both projects are under NDA, so I am only able to share limited details. Below is a summary of my work:
Owned UX research and design for an upcoming Echo Dot feature utilizing proprietary technology
Led UX update for Alexa VIP Filter, scoping and designing 6 new features to address user needs
Conducted 2 large-scale (N>500) quantitative surveys; analyzed data to uncover customer insights
Learned Voice Design from scratch; made 8 release-ready Voice UI flows to improve user convenience
