I am Justin Zhang, a recent graduate from USC studying Design, Technology, and Business. I grew up in Guangzhou, China and moved to California when I was 13.

In 6th grade, I designed a socket that is safe for the blind to use and won a cash prize. Encouraged by my parents, I then donated that money to a boy with leukemia. It was super fulfilling to see the result of my tinkering put a genuine smile on people's faces. I have continued to design since then, from wearable devices to user interfaces to digital products, hoping that my work can touch the lives of more people.
